According to the Big Bang theory, 13.7 billion years ago, our universe was created from an infinitely small point in a vast nothingness.
An infinitely hot, infinitesimally small nothing became everything.
It expanded rapidly, spreading creation within creation; energy & matter became.
According to the Law of Conservation of Matter, matter cannot be created nor destroyed; it can only be transferred.
All that we are made of, skin & bones, heart & soul, has come from the nothing that became something.
So if you ever think of yourself as less than a whole galaxy of wonder, remember this: the universe is its own maker.
You are the one that can connect your constellation of thoughts into whatever you want.
You are the one who can remind your supernova heart that it's okay - there's still so much space.
You are the singularity, a single being, and you can turn your seemingly nothing into anything in the world, since you are, in fact, exactly that.
You are made of the ground you walk on, the air you breathe, and the stars that are now long gone but whose ghosts remind you of your birth.
